This policy tells you how we, evolving management solutions, will process and protect your personal information.
In order for us to help you, you will have to share information with us. It is important that you trust us to protect it and keep it confidential.
we do have our preferred products
products and manufacturers we know and trust
you also have products in mind
- that are in use or,
- recommended by other facilities or worryingly,
- offered DIRECT from a desperate manufacturer offering a cheap monthly rental at a rate that will SURELY come back to fleece you
But they are not you…
- their needs or motivation for selection are not yours
- they may have been DAZZLED or flown to a manufacturers country
- they may want to ensure they were correct in their choice by
- having others follow
- even when facts don’t reflect
- when financially it doesn’t make sense
- when they are plain wrong
worryingly they may ONLY have considered the SECURITY component, with no inclusion or regard for other FACILITIES OR ADMIN functions such as buildings, canteens, vending, library or printing..
but you know a facility must rely on the communication between the 3 legs when of decision making
- facilities management
- administration
- security
to ensure that thought is long term, that resources are not thrown away or exhausted by the selfishness of one branch of control..
we acknowledge there is a flock, that it is a comfortable place to be, but if you only NEED a little clarity of thought…
